Alex R. Smith

Smith, Alex R. of Caledonia, WI entered Eternal Life on June 5, 2013 at the age of 16. Dear son of Jennifer Andrade and David Smith. Cherished brother of Anthony and Sonny. Beloved grandson of Robert and Teresa Andrade and the late Dorothy Smith. Great grandson of the late Jan and Helen Jakubczak and Raoul and Rosemary Andrade. Alex is further survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and friends. Alex was an outgoing young man who loved to visit up north with his family. He enjoyed many outdoor activities such as swimming, biking, hiking, fishing, camping and skateboarding. Alex also loved spending time with his friends where his jokes and horseplay often made him the center of attention. He was loved by many and will be missed. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons South Shore Chapel on Monday July 1, 2013 from 5pm-7pm. Memorial Service to follow at 7pm.
