Kazubowski, Alex J. "EZ" Born to Eternal Life on August 13, 2012 at age 67. Loving "Pops" of Shawn Kazubowski and Mary (DJ) Green. Papa Alex of Tatyana and Maile. Further survived by his "banana" Katie. Dear brother of Richard (the late Barbara), Myron (Sandy) and Tom (Melida). He will be missed by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends that will all meet at "Our Place" in the sky. In his memory, live like he did "keep it EZ" Visitation at the funeral home on Saturday, Aug 18, 2012 from 10 AM until the time of service at noon. Burial to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Max A.
