Hernandez, Alexandra June 12, 2017 age 32. Loving mother of Yesenia. Beloved daughter of Antonio (Pamela) Hernandez and Judy (Juan) Martinez. Loving sister of T.J. (Jennifer), Robert, Maria and Marissa. Further survived by her favorite uncle Dave, many other relatives and friends. Alexandra was an employee of Supportive Home Care Options. Visitation on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the MAX A SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL from 12Noon to 2pm. Flowers will be appreciated.
