SELL, BARBARA A. (nee Hofland) Passed away peacefully on February 14th, 2013, at age 84. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Roy, and their five children, Greg (Janet), Debra, Terry (Jane), Mark (Lisa) and Sandra. Also survived by six grandchildren, Matt, Dan, Ryan, Nate, Dane and Skye, and two great-grandsons, Gavyn and Easton. Further survived by her sister-in-law, Dorothy Hofland, and brother-in-law, Jack Sell (Susan), and by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by her triplet brothers, Eugene and Wayne Hofland. Barbara was born in Milwaukee in 1928. She was in the class of 1946 at Washington High School and graduated as a registered nurse in 1949 from Milwaukee Lutheran Hospital. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be fondly remembered for her sense of humor and her everlasting love and companionship with Roy. Barbara was an avid fan of crossword puzzles and sitcoms. She did not like football. Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, February 17, from 2-4 PM additional visitation on Monday, February 18, from 9 AM until the time of service at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park-Chapel of the Chimes (13235 W. Capitol Drive). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Barbara's name to St. Stephen the Martyr Lutheran Church, 6101 S. 51st St., Greendale, WI, 53213, or to a charity of your choice. Max A.
