Ortiz, Benjamin Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 25, 2016 at the age of 44. Proud father of Maria Ortiz. Loving son of Sebastian and Karen Ortiz. Brother of Sebastian Ortiz Jr., Vicente Ortiz, Diana Ortiz and Christina (Clint) McCulloch. Dear uncle of Brittany, Joseph and Brennan. His two favorite brothers/homies Dione White and Billy Dietz. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Memorial Gathering will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Oklahoma Chapel on Friday, Feb. 5 from 4-7PM. Eulogy Service to follow.
