Carol A Gulczynski

Carol Gulczynski, age 89, Born August 17,1933, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2022, with her family by her side.

Carol is the loving mother of Kathy Sorger, Sandy Goetz, Teri (Wayne) Pawelka, Matt Gulczynski, and Marty (Jill) Gulczynski ; Grandmother to Nick (Jessica) (Sorger) Treder, Justin (Sorger) Treder, Dallas (Sorger) Treder, Mike Goetz, Deana Goetz (Lawrence Whitmore), Dillon, Summer, and Sophia Gulczynski; and Great Grandmother to Lakya and Lamya Whitmore and Cole and Josie Treder.

Carol now joins her beloved husband of 67 years, Rick  Gulczynski, deceased August 9, 2022, and two sons, Mark and Mike Gulczynski, deceased November 21, 1979- A tremendous loss to all.

Carol was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother with a pure and unbelievably kind soul. She was a devout Catholic with an unshakable love for God and embodied the biblical phrase ”thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself” every day of her life. Carol was affectionately known as “mom” not only to her children but to her children’s friends. She always created a sense of safety, love, and belonging for those around her and in her life. From managing the family finances to ensuring her family never went without, Carol was the matriarch of the family. Carol's one love in life besides her family was walking, just enjoying the outdoors, fresh air, rain, snow and sunshine.
