Kaluzny, Carol Ann (nee Rogaczewski) Passed away unexpectedly on October 26, 2011 at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife of Dennis for 51 years. Cherished mom of Jim (Michele) and Amy (Bruce) Butler. Proud grandma of Emma Kaluzny and Brandon Butler. Dear sister of Marcia (the late Ronald) Penkalski. Dear niece of Ted Wozniak. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Carol's life will be held on Friday October 28, 2011 at 7 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel. Visitation Friday 4-7 pm.
