Carole Ann Martin

Martin, Carole A. (Nee Kuliga). Passed away peacefully on May 11, 2017 at the age of 81. Carole was reunited with her husband Eugene and her parents Paul and Irene Kuliga. Loving mother of Aileen (Bruce) Russo, Cindy Lou Kotnik, Roberta (Steven) Bukowski and Mark (Heather) Martin. Cherished grandmother of Katrina, Mitch, Sydney, and Sophia. Great-grandmother of Jordan and Kathryn. Dear sister of Susan (the late Tom) Sewall. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Saturday May 20 starting at 9AM until time of service at 10:30AM. Burial to follow at Forest Home Cemetery.
