Clarence Raymond Chojnacki

Age 66 years. Feb. 19, 2005. Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline (nee Paitrick). Dear father of Mark (Chris Beer), Christine (Cheryl Horvat) and Sean (Nikki Ellis) Chojnacki. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers-in-law and 2 sisters-in-law. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral Wed. Feb.23, 2005 at 9:30 AM from the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home to ST. ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1810 W. Bolivar Ave. at 10 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Tues. Feb 22 from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home with Prayer Service at 6:30 PM. Special thanks to the staff of Elizabeth Residence and Odyssey House. In lieu of flowers memorials directed to the Alzheimers Association preferred.
