Age 44 departed this life on September 6, 2006 at Zilber Hospice with his loving Diane at his side. David leaves to cherish precious memories to his children, family, friends and loyal pets. ''As for me, the hour has come to be sacrificed, the time is here for me to leave this life. I have done my best in this race, I have ran the distance and I have kept the faith'' Thank you to everyone that has made our tough road easier to follow. Your prayers and kindness are heartfelt. Private family services were held.
