Hesiak, Dennis P. Passed away November 6, 2014 at the age of 75. Devoted husband of the late Shirlee Hesiak. Cherished dad of Randy (Megan) Hesiak, Vicky (Edward) Rasmussen, Lisa (Scott) Bittman and Lori (Terry) Swarthout. Brother of Barbara (Mohammad) Mostafavinassab. Dearest Grandpa Hesh of Allie, Lizzie, Megan, Olivia, Samantha, Noah and Tyler. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caring staff of St. Luke's Medical Center - 12N, St. Luke's Rehab Unit and Zilber Family Hospice for their loving care. A visitation will be held at the MAX A. SASS & SONS Greenridge Chapel, Greenfield, WI on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 5 PM until time of services at 6:30 PM.
