Erwin "Duke" P. Janowiak

Janowiak, Erwin "Duke" Born to eternal life Wednesday January 30, 2013, age 96 years. Beloved husband of the late Arline (Nee Behnke) Janowiak for 63 years. Dear father of Robert (Diana), Michael (Helen) and the late Russell (Mary) Janowiak. Dear grandfather of Jody, Danny, Angela, Philip, Kevin, Tracy, Keri and Scott. Fond great-grandfather of Grace, Henry and Paul. Erv is also survived by other relatives and friends. Erv was a proud WWII veteran of the Army Air Corps. He served as a B-24 pilot completing 27 missions for 763rd Squadron of the 460th Bomb Group in North Africa and Italy. Visitation will be on Thursday February 7, 2013 at St. Alphonsus Church (6060 W. Loomis Rd. Greendale) from 9:30 - 10:45 am with the Funeral Mass to begin at 11 am. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Military Honors.
