Chovanec, Francis P. "Frank" Found peace on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Lisiak) for 66 years. Loving father of Mark (Lynnette) Chovanec, Craig (the late Kathy) (special friend Marsha Chikowski) Chovanec, Kirk (Jone) Chovanec and Lynn (Doug) Brown. Proud grandpa of Jennifer (John) Schmidt, Justin Chovanec, Cory (Angie) Chovanec, Benjamin (special friend Maria) Brown, Wendy (John) Sternitzky, Melissa (Michael) Wemette, Reid Chovanec and Quinn Chovanec. Brother of Rosalie (the late Charles) Kulp and Emelia (the late Duane) Smith. Brother-in-law of Bernice Makowski and Lucille Lisiak. Further survived by 9 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by 7 siblings. Frank was employed by Blatz and Pabst Breweries for over 40 years and was an accomplished woodworker. Special thanks to the staff at Hales Corners Care Center and Allay Hospice for their wonderful care. Visitation at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 9306 W. Beloit Rd, on Wednesday, September 24 from 10 11:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am. Entombment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
