Giering, Glen R. "Grumpyman" Passed away peacefully at his home on September 2, 2009, age 52. Loving husband of Donna M. (nee Emph). Proud daddy of Jamie R. Van Weelden, Raymond E. Findling III and Bryan C. Findling. Cherished "Grumpyman" of Nicole R. Van Weelden, Cody R. Findling and Kathryn R. Van Weelden. Wonderful son of Robert F. and Caroline J. (nee Rieth) Giering. Big brother of Teri L. Giering. Special son-in-law of William E. Emph Jr. and the late K. Marlene Emph. Beloved uncle of Jessica L. Giering. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws and friends. Glen served his country in the US Marine Corps. He attended Boys Tech, was an employee of the US Postal Service, an avid Harley enthusiast and a member of H.O.G. and Moose Lodge #49. Glenny was a devoted friend of all, who traveled the world and always enjoyed life. Semper Fidelis. Memorial Gathering on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 1PM – 2PM at the MAX A.
