Booth, Hazel M. (nee Valcq) Born to Eternal Life on March 13, 2008, at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of Robert F. Booth. Survived by Robert's children, Telva (Dennis) Szymborski, Vernelle (Lewis) Roane and Robert J. (Lois) Booth. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Tuesday 11 AM at GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3030 W, Oklahoma Ave. Private Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 10 AM to 11 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials to Grace Lutheran Church appreciated.
