Zoltak, James P. Age 57, August 10, 2009. Son of the late Sylvester and the late Helen Zoltak. Beloved brother of Gary (Barbara) Zoltak. Further survived by nieces, nephews, his aunt Joan Karamus, other relatives and friends. Visitation on Monday, August 17, 2009 from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at ST. ALEXANDER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1568 W. Holt Avenue, with the Funeral Mass at 10:30AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
