Polzin, Jennifer M. (nee Werner) Of Milwaukee, Passed away March 13, 2018 at the age of 44 years. Beloved daughter of Ruth Werner and the late James Werner. Loving sister of Cathy Olson, Cam Werner, and Cindy Bujanovich. Fiance of Steve Titsworth. Dear aunt of Mike Olson, Jim Olson, and Danielle Bujanovich. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial services on Saturday, April 21, at 3:00PM at the funeral home chapel. Memorial gathering from 2:00PM until 4:00PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated.
