Maciolek, Jerome “Jerry” Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the age of 83, joining his beloved wife of 58 years, Carol. Loving father of Terry (Sherry), Steve and Dawn (Randy) Braun. Caring grandpa of Jeff (Sarah) and Melissa (Nate) Spangler. Proud great-grandpa of Nolan, Andrew, Lucas, Madelyne, Emily and John. Dearest brother of Nancy (Ken) Bons. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL, 4747 So. 60th Street, Greenfield from 10am until time of Funeral Service at 12Noon. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
