Zbytniewski, Lisa A. Entered God's loving arms on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the age of 46. Beloved daughter of the late Al and Brenda. Dear sister of Ken, Pam, Valerie, Joe, Al and the late Vince. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and care givers. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Westwood Chapel on Friday, January 6 from 11 am - 1 pm. Funeral Service at 1 pm. Burial at Rural Home Cemetery.
