Bartz, Captain Louis "Louie" July 5, 2015. 76 years. Husband of the late Kathleen. Father of Michelle (Gerald) Peiffer and Louis (the late Brandie). Further survived by other loving relatives and friends. Private services were held. Louis was a sailor for many years and was a Captain of the Edelweiss and the Celebration.
