Skiba, Martin J. "Joe" Found peace on Friday, October 23, 2020 at the age of 87. Brother of Mary Ann and Ralph (Vicky). Further survived by his beloved caretaker Teresa (Dan) Robinson, nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends. Joe served in the US Army and Reserves and worked for Milwaukee Faucet. Private services with burial at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
