Boehm, Mildred C. (Nee Ruzicka) Passed away at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, NV on April 28, 2008, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late John. Born in Milwaukee and an 11 year resident of Pahrump, NV, she is survived by her sons Donald Czerwinski (Bonnie Wittig) and David (Susie) Boehm, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, a brother, sisters, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Tuesday May 6, 2008 12 noon at MAX A. SASS & SONS FUNERAL HOME. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice in her memory. Visitation Tuesday 10 AM-12 noon at the Funeral Home.
