Krivitz, Phil Age 38, May 3, 2017. Proud dad of Ashley, Morgan, Ally and Anna. Loving son David A. (Sue E.) Krivitz and Denise (Michael) Pozayt. Kind hearted brother of Jeremy, Naomi, Nicole, Thomas, Luke, Richard, Jennifer, Christine, Marie, and Matthew. Grandson of Lorraine Pozayt. Further survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorials to the family appreciated. Visitation on Tuesday May 16, 2017 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS FUNERAL HOME from 2pm to 4pm with a Funeral Service at 3:30pm.
