Kubiak Roman M. Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 10, 2014. Age 81. Beloved Husband of Annette (nee Minzlaff) for 56 years. Further survived by Sister Dorothy Schnacke, sisters-in-law, brothers in-law, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation at Mount Olivet Cemetery Chapel, 3801 West Morgan Ave. on Monday, January 13, 10am-11am. Funeral Service at 11am. "You will always be loved, remembered and missed" Max A.
