FRANKLIN - Born to Eternal Life, after a brief battle with cancer, on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the age of 87. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Geraldine and his brother Syl Bonk. Loving father of David (Jose) Bonk, Debbie (Allan) Barney, Donna (Guy) Ouellette and Doug Bonk (Heidi). Proud Papa of Chris (Becky), Brandon (Jenny), Jordan, Jarek (Stephanie), Justin, Tia, Amanda, Austin, Ashleigh and Noah. Great-grandpa of Zoey, Silas, Callan, Esmae and Jonah. Long time companion of Sue Christensen. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Ron owned Ronald L. Bonk Reporting Company for many years and was a Court Reporter at the Federal Courthouse. He was also a long time member of Tuckaway Country Club and a proud member of the Greendale Jaycees and Roosters for many years.
Visitation at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 6060 W. Loomis Rd., Greendale, on Friday, December 30 from 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Private entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
