Weber, Russell W. Inventor of the Dipsy Diver, loving father, grandfather, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, August 22, 2013. He was 86. Private services will be held. Special thanks to VITAS Hospice and Lake Terrace staff for their warm and tender care.
