Kalinowski, Agnes M (Nee Perszyk) age 84, March 11, 2015. Wife of the late Ralph. Loving mother of Coco Kalinowski and Rose (Rod) Holloway. Further survived by cherished dogs Lucky and Kip, friends and family. Special thanks to the loving staff and community of Saint John's on the Lake and Vitas Hospice. Life Tribute on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 2PM in the Chapel at SAINT JOHN'S ON THE LAKE, 1840 N. Prospect Avenue (414-272-2022).
