Age 63, died July 10, 2016. Beloved husband of Joanna. Loving father of Julia. Also survived by sisters and brothers in Poland and Canada, other family and friends. Funeral Mass will be held at GESU CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1145 W. Wisconsin Avenue on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 3pm
