Amy L. Leerar Milwaukee - Found peace after a brief illness on Friday, September 24, 2021 at the age of 45. Preceded in death by her father Michael D. Crotty, grandparents, uncles and aunts. Cherished daughter of Kathryn Crotty. Loving partner of Scott Horne. Fiercely loyal big sister of Jennifer Crotty, Suzie (Derek Gallagher Jr.) Crotty and Megan Horne. Beloved Dog Mom of Remi. Also loved by other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital appreciated.
