Best, Andrew "Frank" Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on November 11, 2017 at age 68. Lovingly survived by his wife Susan. Beloved father of Timothy (Delida) Best, Cheryl Smuckowski, Renee (Jay) Paniagua, Angel (Ken) Krug, Denise (Thomas) Mikula and Shelly (Tony) Day. Proud grandpa of eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Dear brother of Alice Mantor. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his daughter Teresa "Tracy" Best. Services will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery (21731 Spring Street Union Grove, WI) on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 2 PM. Max A. Sass and Sons
