Passed peacefully surrounded by family on April 8, 2023 at the age of 51. Loving father of Austin (Brittany) Medina. Proud grandfather of Landon. Cherished son of Carole West and Richard Medina Sr. Dear brother of Richard II (Mary) Medina, Mario (Christine) Medina, Ricco Medina, and Sergio (Lindsey) Medina. Further survived by his former wife and friend Michele Gauthier, other loved relatives, many friends, and his 4-legged friend Duke.

Visitation will be held at St. Adalbert Cemetery in the Holy Family Chapel (3801 S. 6th St., Milwaukee) on Thursday April 20 starting at 10AM until time of service at 11AM. Burial to follow.
