Bernadine "Bernie" L. Johnson-Zavis

Age 87 passed away Monday 28, 2017. Survived by her sons Michael (Kate) of West Bend, David of Milwaukee, Dennis (Cheryl) of Franklin, daughter in law Chong Cha of Racine. Also survived by her brother Clarence (Marge) Laszinski, and sister in law Ester of Stevens Point. Preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Clara Laszinski of Steven Point, brothers Alfred and Edward Laszinski and her son Patrick. Also preceded in death by her first husband George R. Johnson and her second husband Julius Zavis. At her request, no formal service will be held. The family would like to thank the loving & compassionate staff at Vitas Hospice for all their care given to Bernie. Memorials to the Cancer Research Institute or Clement Manor would be appreciated.
