Toms, C. Lee Died peacefully on February 26, 2014 at age 85. Lovingly survived by his wife Barbara Wesener. Beloved father of Donna (Andrew) Biscotti, Scott (Kathleen) Toms, Kevin (Dolly) Toms, Laura (Tom) Hillen and Tracey (Peter) Mecke. Cherished grandpa of 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and one on the way. Dear son in law of Delores (the late Melvin) Wesener. Brother in law of Bonnie Grissel, Lois (Drew Kennedy) Wesener, Steven (Angela) Wesener, Corinne (Terry) Demler and Karen (Lee Keith) Wesener. Best friend and companion of Bailey the family dog. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Adrian and Ruby Toms, his brothers Glenn and Bee Toms and the mother of his children Clara Toms Park. Lee was a graduate of Rutgers University, owned several businesses, including management consulting and software companies. He lectured at more than 100 Universities and Colleges on materials planning and industrial engineering. He holds two patents in his field. Co-Founder of the American Production and Inventory Control Society and the Institute of Management Consultants. Past Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for Lower Providence Township, PA. Lee was an accomplished private pilot with more than 4000 hours. Memorial gathering at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, March 8, 2014 from 10 AM until the time of service at 12 PM. Burial of ashes will be private at the Masonic Cemetery of Weston in West Virginia. A memorial fund is being established in Lee's name. Special gratitude to Juanita and Katelyn for their care-giving and compassion. "Lee's accomplishments, intelligence and warm heart have inspired all those around him."
