She was an incredible example of living life to the fullest and made a lasting impact on those around her.

A loving mother to Jean Ann (Mark) Kurzynski, Renee Rego (Tom Svendsen) and stepmother to Todd (Andrea) and Scott (Bailey). Her role as a cherished grandmother to Anthony Rego (Allison) and Ryan Kurzynski. Step grandmother to Brayden, Ethan, and Liz. Her love extended to nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends who were fortunate to experience her kindness and generosity.
She was preceded in death by parents Edwin and Vivian Michaels, brother Tom (Linda) Michaels, and son Michael M. Rego.
Jeannie was all about family first, love of reading (2-3 books a week) and trying new restaurants with her husband Richard. Her ability to uplift and encourage others was a gift that will continue to resonate with all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Jeannie, your light will continue to shine in our hearts, and your memory will forever be a guiding force in our lives. Thank you for the love, laughter, and wisdom you shared with all of us. Rest in peace, knowing that you have left an indelible mark on this world and in the hearts of those who loved you.
