Chris S. Jacobs

Jacobs, Chris S. Passed away surrounded by family on August 31, 2015 at age 58, he was a resident of Waubeka. Lovingly survived by his children Laura, Michael and Thomas. His parents Marianne and the late Donald Jacobs. Beloved brother to John (Karen) Jacobs, the late James Jacobs, Judy (Robert) Wobick, David (Patti) Jacobs and Jeanne Jacobs. Further survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Retired after 31 years from the U.S. Postal Service. Long standing member of the Third Order of St. Francis. Visitation will be held at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home on September 4, 2015 from 4-7 pm. with Rosary at 6 pm. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Roman Catholic Church (W4088 Memorial Dr., Waubeka WI) on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 11am. Father Bernard Colussy, O.F.M. will be officiating. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 11 am at St. Joseph's Cemetery (11428 W. State Rd 27-70 Radisson, WI). We would also like to give special thanks to Noah Kuehn for his help caring for Chris.
