Radake, Clara A. ''Ratajczyk'' (Nee Setmeyer) Age 93 years. March 30, 2008. Loving wife of the late Leo Radake. Dear mom of Richard C. (Joanne K.) Ratajczyk, Theresa M. (Gerald) Guard and Thomas J. (Joan T.) Ratajczyk. Grandmother of Abigail Guard, James T., Julie M. (Doug) Meinen, Jaclyn S. Ratajczyk and Joseph T., Ratajczyk. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation Monday April 7, at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral from 9 - 11 AM. Funeral service beginning at 11 AM from the Funeral Home to OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CHURCH for the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
