Connor James Henry, a beloved son, devoted fiancé, and cherished brother, passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 24. Born on February 1, 2001, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Connor's life was marked by his boundless enthusiasm for adventure and his remarkable kindness towards those around him.
A graduate of Franklin High School, Connor embarked on a career as a steamfitter with Local 118, proudly employed by United Mechanical. His strong work ethic was evident in everything he did; he approached both his job and personal passions with an empathetic spirit and a goofy sense of humor that could light up any room.
Connor's hands were always busy as he loved to fix things—whether repairing a piece of machinery or tinkering with new projects at home. His interests extended to thrilling outdoor pursuits, with snowmobiling, jet skiing, motorcycling, and UTVing bringing him immense joy and a sense of freedom. Many will remember Connor for the joyful moments spent up north at Lake Wisconsin, where he created lasting memories with family and friends.
He leaves behind a loving family that includes his mother, Monica (Karl Schwarm); his father, Scott Henry; his fiancée, Morgan Prusak; and his siblings, Chris (Rebecca), Brandon (Jenny), and Alex (Shaye). Connor was a proud uncle to Silas and Zoey, bringing warmth and laughter into their young lives. He will also be deeply missed by his Nana and Papa , Nell (the late Edward) Henry, and his Oma and Opa Gary and Marianne Scherfer. His Aunt Cindy Kitson cherished their ties, adding to the fabric of a family deeply connected by love.
Connor's kind heart and gentle spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. His legacy is one of compassion, hard work, and unwavering love. He will be profoundly missed by all who loved him.
A visitation will be held on Friday June 20, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Mission Hills Chapel, located at 8910 W. Drexel Avenue, Franklin, WI 53132. Private interment Forest Home Cemetery.
