Gracz, Conrad F. Born to Eternal Life March 27, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Loving Husband and best friend of Diane (Nee Wetzel) Gracz. Loving father of Stephen (Diane) Gracz, Barbara Rozek, Michael and Patrick Gracz. Brother of Tom (Karen) Gracz. Loving grandpa of Robert, Samantha, Daniel, Nicole and Lauren. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial Visitation at St. Alphonsus Church (6000 W. Loomis Rd. Greendale) on Saturday March 31 from 12 noon until 12:45 PM. Memorial Services at 1 PM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Commonwealth Dialysis Center 4848 S. 76th St. Greenfield, WI. 53220.
