Cynthia A. Smerlinski

Passed away peacefully September 8, 2025 at the age of 87. She was born to Bernard and Euginia Smerlinski on October 16, 1937. Loving aunt and best friend to Joan (the late Daniel) Kleszczynski, Pauline (the late Paul) Burroughs and Mark (Lori) Kleszczynski.  Also survived by her nieces and nephews Pauline (David) Merkel, Gary (Margaret) Fragosso, Bonnie (Terry) Fragosso, Sandra (Brian) Firari, Randal (Catherine) Fragosso, Robin (the late Mary) Royten, Jeffery (Sandy) Royten and Victoria (Kevin) Haut. Dearest sister of the the late Vivian and Raymond Cerzan, the late Eunice and Rocco Fragosso, the late Geraldine and Rudolph Royten. Further survived by other family members and friends. Cynthia retired from Wisconsin Bell after 38 years in 1994. She enjoyed spending the holidays and other occasions with her family. She also enjoyed knitting, doing crossword puzzles, and enjoyed her Manhattan's. "I'm her father's daughter" The family would like to thank Cornerstone of Oak Creek and St Croix Hospice for their compassionate and loving care of Cynthia Smerlinski during her final days.

Visitation will be held at Divine Mercy (800 Marquette Ave., South Milwaukee) on Thursday September 18, 2025 from 9 - 10:45 AM with the funeral service to begin at 11 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
