Lenz, David A. "Dr. Dave" February 13, 2013. Age 54 years. Loving dad of Sara Ferguson. Dear son of Allen and the late Patricia. David will be missed by his many grandchildren, brothers, sisters, other relatives and friends. A celebration of Dave's life will be held on Tuesday March 5, 2013 at 6 pm at Zion Lutheran Church (900 Michigan Ave., South Milwaukee). In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
