Allen, David Passed away unexpectedly on August 27, 2017 at age 54. Lovingly survived by his wife Kandace (nee Carloni). Beloved dad of David (Emily) Allen. Cherished son of Walter and Valerie Allen. Dear brother of Debbie (Bob) David, Laurie (Eric) Olson and Bill Allen. Further survived by other family and friends. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 1, 2017 from 11AM until the time of service at 1 PM. Max A. Sass and Sons - Oklahoma Chapel
