Kozlowski, David J. Age 57, July 26, 2011. Beloved father of Erik and Kaela. Loving brother of Sharry (Dave) Anhalt, Ron (Mary), Randy and Marty. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and LaVerne. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Make-A-Wish Foundation appreciated. Memorial Visitation Sunday, July 31, 2011 from 1 to 4 pm at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL with a 4 pm Memorial Service.
