Krokowski Dennis J Born to eternal life on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at the age of 88. He was born February 22, 1925, to William and Verna. Beloved husband of the late Vlasta "Val" (nee Landskron). Devoted brother of the late Norbert (Theofila), Audrey (the late James) and Arlene. Further survived by many relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Wednesday, March 20, from 4:00- 7 PM Funeral service at 7 pm. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7301 W Nash St. Milwaukee, Thursday March 21, at 11 am Please meet at the cemetery Office. Dennis was a World War II veteran and devoted employee of the State Forest Nursery, Iowa Department of Natural Resources. He was an avid reader and a member of American Legion Post 37 in Ames, Iowa. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Green Hills Health Care Center, Mary Greeley Medical Center and Israel Hospice in Ames, Iowa for their compassionate care.
