Dolores M. Czubkowski (Nee Kwasigroch) Born to Eternal life December 24, 2018 at the age of 92. Loving wife of Gilbert Czubkowski for 70 years. Dearest mother of Thomas and Cindy Czubkowski. Dearest grandma of Scott (Vicki), Jason (Rebecca), Czubkowski, Dawn (Nick) Smith, Michael (Jamie) Glodowski, Laura (Chris) Meller and Renee (David) Letkiewicz. Great grandma of Maddie, Owen, Jake, Emerson, Danica, Xavier, Marissa, Clara and Benjamin. Further survived by other relatives and friends. The family extends a special thanks to the staff at Village at Manor Park and Vitas Hospice for all their care given to Dolores. A visitation will be held at ST. JOHN PAUL II - ST. ALEXANDER CHURCH (1568 W. Holt Ave.) on Monday December 31, 2018 from 9:00 - 10:45 AM with the Funeral Mass to begin at 11 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
