Mamayek, Dorothy A. (nee Cieslak) Age 82 years, July 5, 2008 Loving wife of Edward Mamayek. Beloved mom of Judith Mamayek, and Gregory (Pat) Mamayek. Cherished sister of Raymond (Bernice) Cieslak, and Regina (Joseph) Michalski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Mass Wednesday 11 AM at ST. PAULS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1720 E. Norwich Ave. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 10 AM to 11 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Pauls Church or the Autism Society appreciated.
