Heder, Douglas R. Entered God's loving arms on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at the age of 73. Cherished husband of Susan for 51 years. Dear father of Jennifer (Tom) Rose and Jeannette (Bob) Gessert. Proud grandfather of Nathaniel, Jacob, Alyssa, Lindsey and Erin. Brother of Nancy (Jim) Brzezinski and the late Donald Heder. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Doug was a member of Brew Town Cruisers Mercury Car Club, IBEW 494 & 663 and was on the reunion committee for SDHS Class of '58. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel on Friday, December 27 from 10 am - 12 noon. Funeral Service at 12 noon. Burial at Arlington Park Cemetery.
