Betty’s early family life fostered a love of nature, people, and a determination to improve the world around her. Her childhood provided a strong foundation for Betty’s most treasured roles in the future.

The roles of wife, mother, and educator were of the utmost importance to Betty. She was the stabilizing force in the family, and found great purpose in her career as a special education teacher.

Betty loved hosting others and planning events. Whether it was meticulously coordinating the menu for a get together at their home, or organizing camping trips, Betty was fulfilled when getting friends and family together, especially when she could enjoy the outdoors or north woods with friends and family.

Betty’s family would like to thank Dr. Uyar and her team at Froedtert Oncology as well as those who provided support while she was in hospice care.

If you would like to make a donation in Betty’s name, The American Cancer Society, Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin, or the Blood Center of Wisconsin were all organizations held close to her heart.

A celebration of Betty's life will be held on Saturday September 26th at Max A. Sass & Sons- Greenridge Chapel (4747 S. 60th St. Greenfield, WI). Visitation will be 9:30-11am followed by the Memorial service at 11:00am.
