Johnson, Eugene C. ''Gene'' Born to Eternal Life Mon, May 26, 2008, age 82 yrs. Beloved husband of Esther (nee Richter). Loving father of David (Pat), Kenneth Johnson and Kathleen (Royce) Potter. Dear grandfather of Jennifer Parness, Michael Johnson and Jason Johnson. Great-grandfather of Amber and Austin Parness. Brother of Bill, Louis, Dorothy and Shirley. Special brother-in-law of Ramona and Helen. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Gene served in WWII as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne European and Middle Eastern theater; 48 yr. member and past Commander of Muskego American Legion Post #356; past Commander of Waukesha Co., first district and State Vice Commander; on staff at Badger Boys' State; li9fe member of Wind Lake VFW;; retired from Muskego Volunteer Fire Dept. and from Roundy's Foods. Memorials to Prairie Home Cemetery Avenue of Flags would be appreciated. Gene was beloved by many and will be greatly missed.
