Dostal, Evelyn L. (nee Polad) Born on Christmas Eve 1922. Born to Eternal Life on March 9, 2016. Evelyn was reunited in Heaven with her late husband Steven. She leaves behind her loving children Paula (Ralph) Horley, Steven (Susan) Dostal Jr., and Frank Dostal. Dear grandma of Amanda (Patrick) Wodzinski and Patrick (Nora) Horley; Sara Jean, Courtney and Christopher Dostal; Jon Jimerson and Jessica Kastler, and beloved great-grandson John Steven "Jack" Wodzinski.
