Francisco "Frank" Mijango was born in Veracruz Mexico January 15, 1962. Life was hard there and he came to the United States as to make a better life for himself. He struggled to make ends meet by working at various restaurants and miscellaneous side jobs. He also worked hard throughout the years to become an American Citizen, which he did in he did in 2000
Frank leaves behind his wife of 21 years, Marcie L. Adameak, his 3 grown children, Melissa Rogal (Sergio), Zachary Johnson, and Matthew Johnson. His 3 grandchildren, Liam, Finley and Amelia Johnson and his two step grandchildren, Zoey and Zayne Rueda.
A big thank you to Christina Johnson and Terrah McCuen, who were always there for him or a phone call away, from the beginning to the very end. He aso also leaves behind his sister Elena Mijango and many more family, extended family, and friends.
Our whole family wants to thank the hospice staff at Froedert Center For Advanced Care, especially the 7th floor for their compassion for the families and their attention to patient care and comfort. A very special thank you to Nurse Dan and Nurse Everett for always going above and beyond.
Frank's battle with cancer lasted 7 years, and he fought long and hard. Therefore the family request that in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The American Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
Visitation at the MAX A. SASS & SONS MISSION HILLS CHAPEl (8910 W Drexel Ave., Franklin) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. Private interment will take place.
